[Deputy] Ivy 1.0 release now available!

The first release of the Ivy compiler, which incorporates our Deputy
(type-safety), HeapSafe (memory-management safety) and SharC (sharing
safety for threaded code) C extensions, is now available from
http://ivy.cs.berkeley.edu/ivywiki/index.php/Main/Ivy !

Each of these three C extensions can be used independently or in any
combination. If you're currently using Deputy, we recommend switching
to Ivy as that is what we will be maintaining going forwards. The
Deputy component of Ivy behaves identically to the earlier standalone
version of Deputy (except for a few minor compiler option name
changes).
